SEA Junction and Rosalia Sciortino participated in the 2024 International Migrants Day on 17-18 December 2024 at Chulalongkorn University. The theme of this year focuses on addressing and navigating the shared responsibilities under growing complexities regarding migration and the movement of people across borders. The panels addressed the different areas of challenges, vulnerability, and plans for the future of migration. #conference #migration

Short Film Screening and Panel Discussion “Halting Violence Against Migrant Women in Southeast Asia 📆December 11, 2024 🕗 17.30 - 19.00 📍 SEAJunction (4th Floor, BACC) Before the panel, we will screen the short film “Women’s Voices” by Sreyashi Ghosh to set the context of violence against women by listening to the voices of women from backgrounds and experiences, yet all facing instances of gender and other forms of violence, including domestic violence and trafficking, in their lives.
