Hustle season has officially started! I had the privilege of speaking alongside industry leaders and friends such as Adesuwa Okunbo Rhodes Vona Aghoghovbia-Ezichi and Tara Sabre Collier to explore how investing with a gender lens not only promotes equality but also drives financial performance. We delved into shared success stories, industry trends since 2019 and discussed the importance of inclusive decision-making in our investment processes particularly unbunkimg myths on what exactly is “gender lens investing”. Investing in women-led businesses and initiatives is not just a moral imperative; it’s a smart business strategy that can unlock significant value.
