Worldwide, a worrisome estimated 500 million women and girls lack access to menstrual health resources to manage their periods. The disturbing absence and high cost of menstrual products, supportive infrastructure( toilets and clean water) and timely expert information poses significant daily life challenges for women and girls most especially restrictions on their ability to attend school and work. It is against this background, I facilitated #menstrualperiodhealthtalk and distribution of #menstrualcups for over 35 menstruators in my service community. Thanks to my CorpsAfrica /Ghana colleague Volunteer Mariam Awenlie, for spearheading and birthing this fantastic initiative making my community girls also benefiting greatly. #thisiscorpsafrica #Everygirleverywherwperiod. #NoPeriodShame #unicef #undp

HOW TO TALK ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH Conversations about mental can be hard because it has been so stigmatized. This can make it especially difficult to bring up your own concerns. One solution to this is open and honest conversations. There is no right way to talk about mental health. If yo want to start a conversation about mental health actually. If you want to start a conversation about your mental health but aren't sure how, here are some tips'; 1. Talk to someone you are confident in 2. write down your feelings and what you want to discuss. 3. Be honest about you feel 4. let people know how they can assist you. 5. remember that you emotions are valid and shouldn't be ashamed but rather find solutions to it As we end the Men's mental Health Month we want to give a big shout to all the gentlemen who have been engaging with our lessons and we wish you all a sound a happy fulfilling life

The need for clean air and climate action has become necessary now more than ever as it affects everything, from the place we live, to the water we drink, to the air we breathe, and hence the need to conduct frequent air quality tests to guarantee our health and safety. As such, we in Madina are determined to achieve sustainable environment with adequate air quality systems to improve our health and development objectives. I am glad to have have worked with our partners to install Clean Air Monitoring Panels at the West Africa Senior High School (WASHS) on Wednesday, 19th June 2024. The panel station which is now broadcasting live data on air quality would help to determine the levels of air quality in Madina from time to time. I am most grateful to our partners, Clean Air One Atmosphere (CAOA) Organisation & Clean Air Campaign, teachers of WASHS - Mr Wise Amegashie and Mr Emmanuel Adjei Adjetey, as well as all Volunteers namely Kingsley Kafui, Prosper Tagoe, and, Joy Frimpongmaa, for your collaboration and support to realize this objective. -- Hon. I am extremely humbled to be nominated by the Jacobs-Abbey Global Institute Leadership and approved by the Whitehouse in June 2024 to be awarded a life-time achievement recognition by a conferment of the Presidential Service Award in the USA. Over the years, my voluntary services in Ghana and the USA have been borne out of my desire to leave our society better than I found it. To lead the abolition of death penalty, criminalization of witchcraft accusations, and championing major legislations to deal with period poverty, persons with disabilities, victims of sexual violations, mental health patients, and maternal health, among others, attests to my commitment to ideals of compassionate and servant leadership. I am thankful to the Rt Hon, Alban S.K Bagbin Speaker of the Parliament of Ghana and the leadership of Parliament for their mentorship and immense support. Without the support of the Parliament of Ghana, all these wouldn't have been possible. I also thank the good people of MADINA constituency and the entire La Nkwantanang Madina municipality my Constituency Executives, the F-X team working at the MP’s office, and all Branch Executives for their constant support. Last but not least, I appreciate the Chiefs, Imams, Pastors, Prophets, and the entire Christian and Muslim communities for their prayers and support. Let’s keep working together for God and country.

From organizing donations to the Ho municipal Hospital children's ward and Ho Prisons to community out reaches taught me the importance of Compassion and Teamwork. My love for volunteerism continued throughout my Dietetics program in the University of Health and Allied Sciences. Today, I carry these values into my professional life, always striving to make a positive impact. #Volunteerism #Leadership
