With FOCAC in progress, Pamela Carslake our Executive Director, stresses the importance of transparency and accountability within the FOCAC framework, as well as aligning the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) agreements with the vision encapsulated in African Union's Agenda 2063, to drive meaningful and sustainable progress on the continent.
