🚀 Yeastup Secures CHF 8.9M Series A and Launches Innovative Production Facility! We are thrilled to announce the successful closure of our CHF 8.9M Series A funding round, supported by investors such as Beyond Impact VC, Newtree Impact, Gentian Investments AG, Angels House, and leading family offices from Switzerland and abroad. Our new production facility in Switzerland will upcycle over 20,000 tons of brewers' spent yeast annually into highly functional ingredients like protein, beta-glucan, and mannoprotein. By repurposing a former dairy site, we are leveraging existing infrastructure to minimize CAPEX and ensure sustainable growth. Ralph Perroud, CEO of CREMO SA, shares his thoughts on the collaboration: "This partnership demonstrates how existing infrastructure can successfully support the alternative protein sector. Together with Yeastup, we are exploring innovative pathways for the future."
