⚡Early signs of effective treatment combination for #MultipleMyeloma! New data from a phase 1 trial (NCT04822337) presented at the International Myeloma Society meeting show that Belantamab mafodotin-blmf (Blenrep) combined with carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (KRd) leads to deep responses in previously treated multiple myeloma patients. The regimen showed a manageable safety profile, with no grade 3 or higher GI adverse effects. The maximum tolerated dose was established at 1.9 mg/kg every 8 weeks.
