Samuel Frischknecht, Head of User Experience at Adnovum, provided his insights on the subject: 🔶 2024 Takeaways 🔶 🔍 The AI hype brought a mix of excitement, confusion and concerns: Many solutions over-promised but under-delivered, which left us feeling overwhelmed but also excited to see future breakthroughs. 🔍 We observed an increased awareness of Digital Accessibility among Swiss companies, driven by the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which comes into force in 2025 and will put digital services in Europe to the test. 🔶 2025 Predictions 🔶 🔍 In 2025, reflecting on what defines our craft and embrace technology as a growth opportunity will be key. For UX design this means to focus and trust our creativity and empathy, and wisely choose tools to enhance our workflows and handle repetitive tasks. 🔍 AI and automation will reshape UX in B2B by boosting productivity and enhancing client experiences. As expectations for seamless digital interactions rise, user-centered design will be essential for business success. 🔍 Job roles will keep blending as tools like Figma enable developers to design, while AI helps designers build apps with minimal coding skills.
