Building on what you’ve learned here, I encourage you to be humble, value your subordinates, and learn from your mistakes.' “Remember, Badminton is an Olympic sport. You’ve heard about Olympic Programmes that could benefit you—these require strong leadership, effective communication, and strong administrative policies,” added the Secretary General of RNOSC, Joseph Kajangwe.

Today, we concluded our workshop series for new member Federations with a session for the Rwanda Badminton Sports Federation (RBSF). The workshop brought together 25 participants, including RBSF Executive Committee members and representatives from badminton clubs and schools across the country. These sessions focused on enhancing leadership and management capacities at both Federation and Club levels.

Sports thrive on structure and rules, and leaders ensure they are upheld. We remain committed to supporting the development of Netball and its leadership in Rwanda.”
