We have introduced a dedicated KYC hotline: 370 6262. Call our dedicated hotline for assistance in keeping your account up to date. You can also update your KYC information anytime, anywhere, through the FNB App, Online Banking, or Mobile Banking—giving you the convenience to manage your account at your fingertips. Here’s how: On the FNB App:
 1️⃣ Log in and tap “My Profile” and select “My Profile.”
 2️⃣ Choose “Personal Info” to update your contact information, citizenship, and employment details.
 3️⃣ Select “Regulatory Details” to update your sources of funds.
 4️⃣ Choose “Work Info” to update your employment details.
 5️⃣ Use “Vault” to upload the latest copy of your ID. On Online Banking:
 1️⃣ Log in and click on Home.
 2️⃣ Select “My Profile.”
 3️⃣ Follow the same steps as above. On Mobile Banking:
Simply dial *130*321# and select option 5 (Verify Account Details). If any changes are required, email the updated documents to kyc2@fnbbotswana.co.bw and kyc3@fnbbotswana.co.bw. KYC Express Centre:
Visit our dedicated KYC Express Centre at FNB Airport Junction Branch during regular branch hours to quickly refresh or update your account. Remember to bring your ID, proof of income, and proof of residence. Keep your banking secure and seamless with FNB. #FNBKYC
