It was a great delight to be a part of the FundQuest 12th anniversary celebrations. My conversations around Thriving in the Now of Business touched on the charge to make make a quantum leap, build healthy relationships and foster synergy. The external variables confronting businesses today are changing rapidly, and the rate of adaptation within the organisation must match the accelerated pace without. It was with such excitement that ALL the participants defined the core values and reeled out the vision, mission, brand promise, philosophy and culture of Meristem Nigeria. Quite impressive!
