"The most meaningful way to succeed is to help others succeed". A picture collage 👇 of my Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business students from Fall 2024. The smiles are real :). All these students are rockstars who worked diligently to help SmartSHE (Nigeria-based Social enterprise) and Vibha (India-based NGO) as part of their coursework in my classes. The causes they supported are Digital and Financial literacy of below-poverty level women in Africa and Child education and rural teacher literacy in India. The students worked on developing target personas, donor strategy, media/outreach strategy, website redesign, and digital marketing. They conducted primary research (interviews and surveys) with respondents who are in a 10-hour time difference! The teams produced tangible outputs (reels, videos, slogans, et al) that are already being implemented by the leaders at SmartSHE and Vibha (EMMANUEL .N OJINNAGA Kiran Sontakke Gopi Akkinepally Renuka Chadha.) Special shout out to Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship Linda Momota-Gentry Karen Sumie Runde Chuck Byers Juan Montermoso.
