Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or social sciences preferred. - Over 10 years of experience in leading Milling/FMCG Manufacturing operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management. - Post-graduate qualifications such as a master’s degree in business administration are advantageous. - Demonstrable knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, inventory management, and continuous improvement processes within the manufacturing value chain. - Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Relevant certifications are a plus.
