As we advance towards our goal for public sector leadership development, we commenced a 4-day training for SERVICOM staff delivered by the Workforce Group. This training will equip them with the skills they need to monitor and ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures manuals across Ministries, Departments and Agencies for effective service delivery.   We remain committed to building the capacity of public sector leaders to drive public sector transformation.   #AigImoukhuedeFoundation #CapacityBuilding #ClosingTheGapBetweenAfricaandTheWorld
