True North Consult Ltd is a Human Resources consultancy firm in Uganda run by qualified Human Resources Management professionals, dedicated to helping organizations meet their people management needs. We started operations in 2008 under the name Efrivo Services Ltd as an IT & Management consultancy services company and rebranded under the trade name, True North Consult Ltd in June 2011. We have operating offices in Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya. We employ over 500 people working for various clients under 3rd party manpower supply contracts. Our employees are deployed on client assignments in various sectors across the East African Region ( including Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria and Southern Sudan).

We seek a visionary Digital Lead to spearhead its growing digital portfolio. With a 360-degree approach that blends on-air (terrestrial) radio, on-ground events curation and coverage, as well as digital media properties, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in one of Africa's most dynamic markets. YOUR ROLE: 1.     Deliver a vision for innovative digital media properties, content and campaigns that resonate with and engage diverse audiences for demand building, culture shaping and creative thought leadership. 2.     Strategy: develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, working with key stakeholders inside the marketing team and with adjacent functions (sales, product marketing, leadership team) to align objectives. 3.     Acquisition: find the most efficient techniques, channels and optimizations to support the marketing team to exceed targets for the channel—trials, app signup, website retention, client targets  4.     Coordinate resources across creative, technical, and sales teams to drive seamless execution of our digital campaigns and productions. 5.     Collaborate with sales teams to support and optimize advertiser campaigns and customer fulfillment. 6.     Build and engage vibrant digital communities, connecting on-air, on-ground and online conversations. 7.     Oversee content creation, analytics, and content performance optimization. 8.     Mentor and manage a team of digital creatives, fostering innovation, collaboration in delivering best -in – class digital media experiences.  9.     Propose and align the digital strategy with the company’s overall commercial and brand objectives. What We’re Looking For: 1. A proven track record of at least four (4) years leadership experience in  digital strategy and execution. 2. Strong organizational and budgeting skills with the ability to manage resources and projects effectively. 3. Experience in delivering successful digital brand and growth campaigns. Expertise in content creation, community building, SEO and content performance analytics. 4. A collaborative, results-driven leader with a passion for creative innovation. WHY JOIN US?
