  • A prestigious law firm which is based in Egypt looking for a personal assistant. The personal assistant will work under the supervision of the founding partners and report directly to them. Responsibilities: 1. Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars for founding partners. 2. Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of founding partners. 3. Serving as a point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone. 4. Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring that documents are properly filed. 5. Assisting with timekeeping and billing processes, preparing invoices, and managing expense reports. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management or any equivalent field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or similar role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently 6.
