Responsibilities: ·Lead the integration of verification environments and RTL into the Zebu emulation platform for seamless operation. ·Execute emulation tests, debug issues, and optimize environments for improved performance. ·Manage/analyze regression results to identify issues and ensure comprehensive test coverage. ·Collaborate with design/verification teams to align requirements and resolve bottlenecks effectively. ·Innovate/refine emulation methodologies to enhance scalability, efficiency, and reliability. ·Define requirements on simulation environments to enable mapping to emulation environments. ·Define emulation targets and test plans to be prioritized for emulation ·Develop emulation-friendly Real Number Models (RNM) for mixed-signal IPs. These models will expedite the digital and firmware verification of these IPs. ·Define emulation planning across the IP titles. Report the status, risks, and mitigations to the emulation plan. ·Standardize the emulation flows across PHY and controller IPs and explore and adopt Best-in-class flows. ·Engage with customers to discuss/align on emulation validation strategies, detailed plans, and progress updates. · Lead a team of emulation engineers, providing direction/leadership to them. What We’re Looking For: · B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering · Over 10 years of hands-on emulation experience on platforms such as Palladium, Veloce, or Zebu, including expertise in compilation, debugging, performance testing, and workflow optimization. · Extensive knowledge of design mapping, testbench mapping, and transactor development for emulation environments. · Expertise in hardware/software debug solutions tailored to emulation, with excellent debugging skills in functional and gate-level simulations, utilizing tools like DVE, Verdi, or SignalTap. · Familiar with how to profile simulation speed and how to drive multipliers in simulation speedup using emulation · Experience in developing emulation models for analog and mixed-signal IPs is a plus. · Familiar with UVM verification methodologies, with a strong foundation in developing scalable and reusable testbenches. · Comprehensive knowledge of protocols, including PCIe, I2C, and Ethernet packet headers, with a strong preference for expertise in PCIe protocol and familiarity with AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB). · Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. · Experience in managing, structuring, and building strong teams, preferably in the field of emulation – Both technical/resource management. ▶️ Apply now by sending your CV to careers@si-vision.com with "Emulation CoE Technical Lead" in subject line.
