全台首本《永續商模歷程白皮書》就是我們的答案。這是 DOMI 綠然與瑞典永續學者葛明伊(Miriam Garvi)攜手共同彙整理論、以及與十年來推動永續的實務觀察,期待為現階段永續轉型找到新的指引與解方。

為幫助中小企業克服永續挑戰,DOMI 綠然也宣告將於12/5 正式推出「永續商模歷程平台」,「企業永續轉型有三大痛點:沒頭緒、沒人、沒錢。」DOMI 綠然執行長 Corey 綜整調查 73 家中小企業的結果,「永續商模歷程平台」正是為協助企業釐清企業立命(purpose) - 關於「為何而戰、為誰而戰」而生,跳脫合規拼湊與競逐,轉而將永續視為一趟歷程(journey),確保跟商業模式的整合。

此外,現場還邀請到國內外專家分享經驗,包括:行政院能源及減碳辦公室副執行長 #林子倫 和 Patagonia 亞洲環境長暨品牌責任長暨 B Market Builder Japan 理事 #篠健司(Kenji Shino),分別從官方與企業角度,共同探討「企業立命」如何推動永續轉型。

Today, ten years later, when faced with rapidly changing sustainability standards such as net-zero emissions and carbon border adjustment mechanisms, global companies are locked in a sustainability puzzle. There are more than 5,000 sustainability plans proposed across Taiwan, and as many as 75% are not integrated with the industry. What impact will the decoupling of sustainability and business models have?
Taiwan’s first “Sustainability done right Whitepaper” is our answer. This is where DOMI and Swedish sustainability scholar Dr. Miriam Garvi work together to compile theories and practical observations on promoting sustainability over the past ten years, hoping to find new guidance and solutions for the current stage of sustainable transformation.

In order to help small and medium-sized enterprises overcome sustainability challenges, DOMI also announced that it will officially launch the "Sustainable Business Model transformation Platform" on December 5. "There are three major pain points in the sustainable transformation of enterprises: no clue, no team, and no money." Corey Lien, DOMI CEO, comprehensively investigated the results of 73 small and medium-sized enterprises. The solutions was created to help enterprises clarify their purpose - "why to fight and who to fight for". Get rid of the patchwork of compliance and competition, and instead regard sustainability as a journey to ensure integration with the business model.
In addition, experts were invited to share their experiences, including: Lin Zilun, deputy CEO of the Office of Energy and Carbon Reduction of the Executive Yuan, and Kenji Shino, Patagonia Asia Environment Chief and Brand Responsible Officer and B Market Builder Japan Director, From the official and corporate perspectives, we jointly discuss how "corporate destiny" can promote sustainable transformation.

This is just the beginning. We will continue to use the "Sustainability Business Model Journey Platform" to tailor-make exclusive sustainable journeys for small and medium-sized enterprises, and look forward to bringing real changes to enterprises.
