  • 🌏 Recap of Our Kuala Lumpur Offsite 🌏 Last week, our team had a fantastic offsite in Kuala Lumpur, where we seized the opportunity to dive deep into how we can strengthen our company culture and enhance collaboration. We also tested new business ideas with potential customers in KL — One team even validated a pain point so well that they got paid on the spot, proving willingness to pay is real! Here are 3 key learnings we’d like to share with you: 💬 Validating ideas starts with meaningful conversations with your target audience. 📚 Agile works for us, in addition to that, we need a streamlined process for managing project trackers and documents across platforms. 👥 Our unique culture thrives on collective input, and all of us are encouraged to nurture and uphold it with respect. We’re grateful for the chance to connect deeper with colleagues from 3 different countries and look forward to applying what we’ve learned!
