What a year 2024's been! Wrapping it up with early Xmas & New Year greetings, but taking also the opportunity to sneak in our growth story especially since we turn 6 in a months' time! Yesterday we had our bi-annual "All Hands" meeting, and it was wonderful to see how to Tramés has grown since our inception 6 years back. Having each function lead talk through respective key priorities was particularly enlightening - we're now sizeable enough to be in danger of silos (oh no!).

It was a pleasure to hear Vladimir de Montmarin share Danone's journey with Tramés, together with Ivan Seow. Yet another fabulous event with French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS), which facilitated our journey with Danone when we met Vladimir de Montmarin and LI LI here 2 years ago. This led to a successful partnership with the deployment of Danone AMEA's Upstream Real-Time Visibility Solution, and now Tramés can't wait to start Phase 2 where we go further upstream to digitalize the PO Management process across all raw material suppliers. It was great to meet so many FCCS members and getting re-acquainted with Yueyue Emily Jiang (thank you very much for everything!). Sincere appreciation also to Cyril Lefebvre for being our moderator, it was also a pleasure to connect with the team from CEVA Logistics.
