There are the incredibly busy working days to navigate, with the early starts and late night finishes, the mental stress experienced with the highs and lows of securing a deal and pockets of pressure throughout the year, planning and forecasting for those quieter months. Burnout of our bodies physically and mentally exists. At Space Executive, we don’t just support our colleagues 1 day a year but all year round. Alongside our holidays offered, our London team can wrap up early on Fridays, giving them a head start on the weekend.
