We are excited to share that Raffles Hotel Singapore was invited by SG Enable to conduct a Basic Customer Service taster workshop for 43 Metta School students at the Enabling Village. The workshop was a rewarding experience, with students and teachers sharing positive feedback on how the skills taught, such as effective communication, creating a positive impression and presenting themselves professionally are useful and highly relevant in preparing the youths for future employment opportunities. These essential customer service skills will help to boost confidence, enhance student's ability to interact with others, and provide practical tools they can apply in real-world settings, especially in service-related roles.
