Hi, I'm Shoon Hing! 2024 was a good year for me health-wise. I had a more stable blood pressure and a better appetite. Even after undergoing a bypass surgery a few years ago, it didn’t stop me from getting back to an active and vibrant lifestyle. These days, I enjoy brisk 3km walks, exercising at home, grocery shopping and coaching badminton three times a week. Keeping active brings me a lot of joy and purpose, no matte what age I am. We are happy to share that we have received the National Safety and Security Watch Group Award in recognition of our collaboration with the Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence Force in enhancing workplace safety and security.
