Joni reached out telling us he loved our tool, but it wasn't supporting his native language Finnish 🇫🇮 🏢 In large companies, this would go into a ticketing system, backlog, reviewed, scoped, prioritized, reprioritized, discussed at sprint planning, Technical Specs,.... ⚡At MailMaestro within 30 mins, we jumped on a call and cracked how we could ship this as soon as possible. It took us *two* days to add this new language. Why? 1. True customer obsession. Ofc, we have large complex amazing features in the works, but this was a true current pain point that we could solve now and make a customer happy. 2. No infinite layers of managers. It was me and our Engineer. 3. Make the customer part of the experience. Joni helped us figure out whether it was good enough. We could have searched for a vendor to help us in Finnish, but it would take a long time, money and it might not even fit what Joni had in mind. #AI #speed
