Mental health is just as important as physical health, and sometimes, a little treat can brighten up someone’s day. Golf for Life! 2024 152 golf enthusiasts teed off at our annual LCSS Charity Golf for Life! - now in its 9th run and held for the very first time at Tanah Merah Country Club on Friday, 28 June 2024 Together with our golfers and supporters, we reached our goal of raising $250,000, all of which will go towards supporting over 900 children and youth from vulnerable backgrounds, empowering them to be the best that they can be. Special thanks to guest-of-honour, Mr Seah Kian Peng, Speaker of Parliament and MP for Marine Parade GRC, for gracing our event. We are also grateful for all our supporters, sponsors, donors, and volunteers, who each played an important part "Walking with children is a long, pastoral journey. It is like a seed growing into a plant—first you see the leaves, and only over time, with much care and patience, do the flowers and fruits begin to emerge," said our CEO, Ms Lam Moi Kwai.
