10月3日にアジア・大洋州三井物産株式会社の山田氏をお迎えして、「米大統領選が東南アジア経済に及ぼす影響」についてお話しいただきました。 以下、セミナーの概要をシェアさせていただきます。 GLOBIS Asia Pacificでは、今後もビジネスの現場に直結する、様々なセミナーを企画していきますので、ぜひご参加ください！  ======================================= 世界貿易は2024年初から回復し、2023年の貿易停滞からは脱却しつつあります。これを受けて2024年の経済成長見通しは東南アジアの多くの国で上方修正されています。   トランプ2.0政権となった場合、1.0時代の通商政策の延長で、互恵性を基盤とし、関税を武器としつつ、多国間より二国間で進める特徴が考えられます。全世界からの輸入に10％の追加関税を課す公約も掲げていますが、ASEANが現状、対米輸出に際し課されている関税は高くなく、ASEANだけが打撃を受ける可能性は低いものと思われます。   トランプかハリスか？に興味が行きがちですが、選挙結果に関係なく、中国、ASEAN、米国の3地域間の貿易構造は変わりつつあります。中国の対ASEAN輸出は2023年に対米輸出を上回りました。中国からASEAN（ベトナムへのフラットパネルディスプレイ、タイへのEVなど）、ASEANから米国（太陽光パネルなど）への製品の流れが活発化しています。   従って米政府は、中国製品がASEANを経て米国に入ってきているとの監視を強めています。米ウイグル法においては、ASEAN製品であっても新疆ウイグル自治区からの部品が含まれる場合、摘発の対象となっています。また、太陽光パネルにおいては、中国製品に高関税が課されていることを受けてASEANを経ての製品が多く米国に入っています。ASEANで付加価値が付いているものもあれば、単なる迂回と判断されるものもあります。   企業としてはサプライチェーンのリスクを認識しながら、各国の政策をにらみつつのかじ取りが引き続き求められます。  =======================================
