InLabel in San Francisco. Where should I start? So many stories, learnings, and meaningful connections. But let's make it short. - I spent 45 days in SF, one of the most interesting cities I have ever visited. A city filled with self-driving cars, ambitious and thirsty entrepreneurs, stunning beaches, a homelessness crisis, and sky-high rental costs. A city of extremes, both highs and lows, literally and metaphorically. - Thanks to my mentor, Scott Elfstrom, I managed to maximise my time in San Francisco. Connections, new friends, access to events, surfing and climbing lessons from the master himself. Thank you, Scott, for everything! You are also the reason why InLabel gained the most out of this trip. - A huge thanks to all the new connections; you are all an inspiration, especially Andrea Giannini, Max Benedikt Paulus, Janis Vavere, Nauris Horsts, Oli Littlejohn, Soufiane Ajana, PhD, Vitalii Sydorenko, Diego Ventura, Marcel Felder, Juan Cruz Scoppetta. I wish you all the best and hope to see you again in the future. - Thanks to the Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs Global, especially Solveiga Sama and Magdalena Strzelewicz, for co-financing the trip and helping with the documentation. To all my friends in the Baltics, the main difference here is ambition, drive, and... yes... money. Most entrepreneurs in the Bay Area won't start a company unless it has the potential to become a unicorn. So, maybe let's multiply our ambition by 10, focusing less on pitching and more on building products that make a difference (a note to myself). From now on, my main goal is to truly understand and put the customers' needs first and take all the risks needed. 🖖
