The Origin Story of "Agidol": From Concept to Flagship Product The development of antioxidants marked a significant milestone for our company. In the late 1960s, laboratory head Felix Gershanov proposed establishing domestic production of ionol, a substance that enhanced the properties of isoprene rubber, previously sourced from abroad. After several years of hard work and the construction of workshop N-5. By 1979, we had successfully built a new mill, N-13, to scale up production. However, the path to success wasn't smooth. In 1972, we faced a lawsuit demanding the cessation of stabilizer production. Thanks to the efforts of a delegation led by Dr. B.I. Pantukh, we defended our rights successfully. In 1973, we registered the trademark "Agidol," a name with several origins, including references to our creators and the largest river in Bashkiria.
