Asking the right questions and engaging in dialogue with MS patients is essential for detecting - more quickly - the impact of the disease, which is often difficult to perceive. These discussions can also help to identify less visible processes of the disease, such as smoldering neuroinflammation. This chronic and progressive ‘smoldering neuroinflammation’ of the central nervous system plays a key role in the progression of disability, beyond the visible attacks, and often remains under-detected without in-depth understanding and appropriate tools. At Sanofi, with decades of expertise in neurology, we are conducting research to better understand these processes and improve the care of people with MS. Together, let's continue to learn and move forward for a better future. #PursueProgress #DiscoverExtraordinary

Making the difference between HIV and AIDS is more than just a distinction: it's a step towards better understanding and prevention. 🌍 1️⃣Knowing that HIV does not necessarily lead to AIDS helps us to understand how the disease develops. 2️⃣Early detection is becoming a priority in order to manage the infection before it progresses. 3️⃣By explaining this difference, we are reducing stigma and changing perceptions. 4️⃣Finally, we are reminding people of the importance of antiretroviral treatment, which enables HIV-positive people to live full lives. Together, let's work towards better information and greater inclusion! #WorldAidsDay
