NORCE jobber i en rekke lokale og internasjonale prosjekter der grønn, trygg og sikker energileveranse er det viktige. 🏝️ For hvordan sikrer man at en øy kan lage sin egen energi? 🏭 Hvilke energikilder og energibærere har vi nytte av på en øy? #EUHorizon-prosjektet ROBINSON - H2020 er i sluttfasen. Sist vinter trykket daværende næringsminister Jan Christian Vestre på knappen og hydrogenfabrikken på Eigerøy i Egersund ble åpnet. Hydrogenfabrikken står der nå takket være EU-penger og samarbeid mellom NORCE og 17 partnere fra 10 land i Europa. Vår øy er hovedpiloten i EU Horizon-prosjektet og det som skjer her på Eigerøy, følges tett av de to andre øyene i prosjektet, Kreta og Ytre Hebridene (Western Isles) i Skottland. 🚢 Men resultatene av ROBINSON, stopper ikke der. Nå er også norske penger kommet til ROBINSON-øya. 🌍 Exciting times in Egersund! Rolf Andre Leidland from Eigersund Næring og Havn KF and Frank Emil Moen from Energy Innovation - NORWAY presented the ROBINSON project to LnettAS, Rogaland's regional grid company. During their visit, Lnett explored our region's sustainable initiatives, including hydrogen production, industrial symbiosis, and renewable energy projects 💡 ROBINSON's integrated energy solutions align perfectly with the Sirkulære Kaupanes project, aiming to optimize energy and resource sharing within local industries.
