There is nothing more beautiful than a child’s smile. 🤗 Although we do have highly skilled mathematicians at N-SIDE, it was nearly impossible to count the number of smiles that appeared on the faces of the little N-SIDErs who especially gathered at our headquarters for a special encounter. They were invited to meet Saint Nicholas, a beloved figure among young ones who travels once a year, from house to house, leaving gifts for children who have been good throughout the year. Before meeting Saint Nicholas, more than 70 children enjoyed a captivating magic show that set the stage for an afternoon of discovery and delight. Moments like these not only bring joy to our N-SIDErs and their loved ones but also reflect the core of what we do at N-SIDE, optimizing resources and shaping a more sustainable future for generations to come, so that every child’s smile can shine even brighter. 🥰

Growing awareness, one 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚 at a time: N-SIDE stands once again, with Movember! 🥸 We are proud to support Movember, an inspiring global movement dedicated to raising awareness around men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s mental health. This campaign is close to our hearts as a company committed to driving positive social impact and improving lives through innovation. This year, we focused on testicular cancer prevention, sparking conversations and sharing tips for early detection and prevention among our employees. Throughout November: ✅ We rallied N-SIDErs to grow mustaches as a bold statement of solidarity. We encouraged donations to the Movember Foundation, supporting life-saving research and initiatives. ✅ We wrapped up the campaign in style with a lively "Moust-afterwork" at our headquarters, complete with a musical quiz! 🥸🎶 As a company deeply involved in oncology clinical trials through our N-SIDE Life Sciences team, we recognize the importance of taking action to combat life-threatening diseases. For the second consecutive year, we have obtained the EcoVadis Silver Medal, ranking us in the top 15% of companies evaluated worldwide. EcoVadis is a globally recognized platform that evaluates corporate sustainability practices across 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 & 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. This year, our score has improved, rising from 61 in 2023 to 70 in 2024, and positioning us in the 92nd percentile. This achievement reflects our 𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 that align with our vision of building a healthier and more sustainable world. Our strongest performance was in the Environment category, demonstrating our dedication to minimizing our ecological footprint. However, we recognize the need to improve in Sustainable Procurement, and we are committed to adopting best practices and setting an example for other organizations to follow.
