Setting the Course for the future of our profession!🚀 ESAE’s Strategic Retreat brought together our leadership team in the beautiful city of Mechelen. Over two days, we revisited ESAE's values, mission & vision, and strategic objectives to shape the future of our vibrant #Community and #associationmanagement as a recognised profession. Every moment was filled with inspiration and collaboration; from a guided walking tour of Mechelen and a team-building dinner at the beautiful De Fortuyne, to strategic sessions at the Van der Valk hotel Mechelen. We are excited about the path ahead and the impact that ESAE will continue to make for Associations across Europe.
