    Depuis ce matin au bureau, tout le monde s’échange des vœux pour une belle année 2025 : des sourires, des mots chaleureux, des regards remplis de bonheur, et ça fait du bien. Même si je dois avouer que je n’ai jamais été très sensible à cette effervescence de la "nouvelle" année ni à toutes ces bonnes résolutions. Ce que j’apprécie cependant, c’est de prendre un moment pour faire le bilan de l’année écoulée : un tête-à-tête entre moi et moi, pour passer en revue mes succès, mes échecs, mes apprentissages… Car on en a tous, et il est précieux de s’accorder ce temps pour être fier·e de soi, de ce qu’on a accompli, résolu, écrit, affronté. On ne le fait pas assez souvent, car être fier·e de soi est parfois mal perçu, comme un vilain défaut – "Elle se la raconte." Mais pour moi, c’est tout le contraire : c’est une manière de cultiver sa confiance, de se célébrer pour chaque petite victoire. Parce que, franchement, ça fait du bien ! Une de mes victoires cette année c'est ce qu'on a construit avec l'équipe chez Efluenz EU Merci pour cette année la team 🧡
