92% was the On-Shelf Availability level when we published the first truly global study on Shelf Out-of-Stocks back in 2002.   22 years later, we presented the interim results of perhaps the largest survey ever on On-Shelf Availability conducted with the ECR Retail Loss Group. It comprises responses from more than 50 retailers across Europe, US, and Australia, 50’000 stores, 2’000’000 store associates and $1 trillion in sales.   92% is still the On-Shelf Availability level globally. Why? If you are a retailer and you want to help us find out, please complete the survey (link in comments).   #ShelfConfidence Colin Peacock Tom Gruen Paul Chapman Declan Carolan #ECRCommunity, #ECRRetailLoss
