  • 🔥 Craftzing’s Warmste Week: Cooking to combat loneliness! 🔥 Once again, our Craftzingers turned up the heat in the kitchen to support the Warmste Week. From spaghetti and bao buns to cookies, granola, and soup—food definitely brings us together! 🍝🍪 Thanks to the efforts of our chefs and the healthy appetite of our colleagues, we raised €1446. And with Craftzing’s support, this grew to an incredible €4000! 🚀 A big shoutout to our Craftzingers—and to Studio Brussel for shining a light on the important issue of loneliness. 💛

  • Alivia is transforming healthcare and wellbeing collaboration by putting people with care needs at the center. With six key partners and many stakeholders involved, effective collaboration is essential to Alivia’s success. 🏆 Last week, Alivia won the Collaboration Award at the Agoria Digital Society Awards, recognizing the team's collective efforts. 🗣️ In an interview, Hanne Verheust and Bert Taelman from Departement Zorg, Camille Vanremoortele from KPMG Belgium, and Eline de Block from Craftzing, working on behalf of Digitaal Vlaanderen, share their insights on how working together has shaped Alivia's development so far. 💡 Their key takeaway? While managing expertise across multiple domains can be challenging, it ultimately results in a stronger, more effective platform that benefits both caregivers and the people they care for. 📖 Read the full story on how collaboration is driving Alivia’s success: https://lnkd.in/eyvjCid5. • In Belgium, nearly 40% of people still struggle to access and engage with the online world. #DigibankNeteland is working to change that. This initiative helps vulnerable groups in the Neteland region by giving them the support and motivation they need to participate fully in today’s digital society. Our role? We teamed up with key partners—#RegioNeteland, Ligo, Centra voor Basiseducatie, CVO HIK, BEEGO, and VDAB—and shaped a clear vision for digital inclusion. Together, we developed an action plan, budget, and grant proposal to bring that vision to life. Our approach? ▪️ Understanding diverse needs: Identifying the challenges vulnerable groups face ▪️ Building partnerships: Creating a shared vision and bringing key players together to make it a reality ▪️ Defining initiatives that improve skills, access, and motivation to engage in the digital world: Personalized digital growth plans but also Digipoints where people can get hands-on digital support The result? Digibank Neteland secured funding and launched its project. 🚀 The first Digipoints are now open, providing people with the support they need. 🔗 Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/eGr58XpD

Better care starts with Alivia ✨ When people with complex or long-term care needs rely on different caregivers, things can get complicated. Communication can be challenging, collaboration isn’t always seamless, and the care they receive may not fully meet their needs. That’s why Departement Zorg created Alivia—a platform that puts people with care needs at the center while enabling more transparent and effective collaboration among caregivers. Working together with Departement Zorg, Digitaal Vlaanderen, KPMG Belgium, Cegeka and DXC Technology, we helped shape and improve Alivia. 🎯 How we made it happen: ▪️ Listening to real people to design a platform that truly works for them ▪️ Creating a space where caregivers can collaborate and individuals feel empowered ▪️ Making sure the platform is easy to use and accessible to everyone The result? Alivia is helping people get the care they deserve while bringing caregivers closer together. 🚀

🔄 Don't just digitize the old—reimagine it. That applies to voting too. On October 13, we might use outdated voting booths and computers for the last time in Belgium. If we trust our smartphones to manage our finances, why not use them to cast our votes? In De Tijd and L’Echo, our CEO Roeland Tegenbos debunks the myth that voting from home isn't possible.
