Founded in 1933, American Tourister made the world's first moulded luggage - and it quickly became all the rage! Another first was to 'flight test' our bags with flight attendants from major airlines. Flight tested, flight approved! During the 70s we continued to design durable cases that could withstand even the thoughest quality critic: a gorilla. The successful gorilla campaign ran for 15 years. Today, for more than 85 years, American Tourister has been offering youthful, vibrant and reliable luggage infused with the spirit of fun and adventure to travellers worldwide.

AMS is ready for boarding! At our Ready, Pack, Go event that we hosted last month in the heart of Amsterdam, our brand came to life and inspired our guests to travel more. We invited travel enthusiastic influencers to come and explore our brand in real life. With their passports and boarding passes ready, they traveled from AMS to 7 destinations, all the way from Cape Town to Palm Springs and many more. Last week, we welcomed the Pyromaniacs, the cheerleaders of Rheinfire Düsseldorf, to the Supercandy Pop-Up Museum in Cologne for a big photo shoot.
