I LOVE conversations like today, it gives me that “unlocking on a new idea” high all over again! 💡 Today I met with Rob Evans at Forever New’s office and he helped me see Zello in a completely different light. A solution for theft prevention. Unfortunately, Aussie retailers are losing $15 million a day to theft. They lose approximately 25% of profit due to theft, and it often makes up 30-60% of their shrinkage. When a shopper enters a fitting room, Zello detects the items they bring in and displays them on screens both inside and outside the fitting room. This ensures full visibility and eliminates opportunities for anyone to hide items. Hearing these numbers makes it clear how much of an impact technology like Zello can have.
