𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: • 24/7 Support Line – Access round-the-clock assistance for employees and employers. • Small Business Focus – Tailored support for businesses with fewer than 19 employees, making a big impact. • Enhanced Employee Assistance – Strengthened EAP services, even for businesses without current offerings. • Workplace Wellbeing – Aimed at improving overall wellbeing and helping businesses attract and retain talented employees with disabilities. • Innovative Support Model – A new approach to disability employment support that drives positive change. The uLaunch Mirrabooka team was delighted to support and attend a Christmas celebration hosted by Sudbury Community House. The event was a fantastic opportunity for the community to come together to enjoy a delicious BBQ, live music from award-winning Indigenous singer and songwriter Phil Bartlett, and even a surprise visit from Santa himself! 🌟 Our 𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 mission launched in early November in collaboration with Jobfind Australia. 🌟 We are thrilled to share that we've not only met but exceeded our 500 target, creating 𝟖𝟐𝟐 jobs for Christmas! 🎄 Thanks to fantastic job opportunities in local areas, 822 individuals can welcome the New Year with the optimism and hope that a new job brings. Of course, we couldn't achieve this alone. Our strong community connections with other service providers have played a crucial role in supporting our participants. The NDIS team in Kowanyama is working hard to deliver services to participants until 24 December.
