Over the past 4 months, we have been quietly working behind the scenes to prove that anyone can AI and that AI first workforces present substantial competitive advantages in business.
As a team, we need to dog food this.
Our own internal systems are a direct reflection already.
We are only a small team of two perm employees full time so far.
Tom's mantra: 'if you have to do something > 3 times, it should be automated'.
We leverage tools like Claude, v0, Gumloop, Julius AI and more to magnify the impact we each have and even have an internal AI 'PM' in the works.
These discussions are embedded into everything we do.
Our strategy is to grow our team into a best in class example of what 'an AI first workforce' is.
