About us

At Target, we’ve always been here to help families live better. But right now, we can see that what ‘better’ means is changing. Better means making choices that can change the world. Better is about a life that’s lived, not with more things, but with things that mean more. A life where quality is always valued over quantity. Where beauty is born from style and substance in equal measure. A better way of life, that’s within easy reach of all. That’s why everything from the products we make to the experience we create, is crafted with intention and a single purpose…To inspire families to live better.

  • On International Day of People with Disabilities (IDPWD), we take a moment to reflect on the importance of leadership and inclusion. This year’s theme encourages us to amplify the voices and leadership of people with disability.   At Kmart Australia Limited and Target, we’re committed to helping create a more inclusive world and ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to thrive – our efforts include the launch of the Workplace Adjustments Policy, the rollout of disability confidence learning modules, and the continued success of our Inclusive Career Pathway Program, where 15 team members have already advanced into leadership roles. We’re also evolving the Quiet Space Program in our stores to ensure a supportive environment for all, and are committed to continuing to make meaningful progress. 💙

  • Last Thursday, we were excited to showcase our Warlu range in collaboration with Caprice and Warlukurlangu Artists at the Wesfarmers Annual General Meeting in Perth. This stunning collection features breathtaking designs by Indigenous artists, including Maisie Nungarrayi Ward and The Fisher Family. 🎨 This year’s co-branded booth with Kmart Australia Limited highlighted our commitment to reconciliation, celebrating First Nations culture and fostering meaningful connections within our community. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our amazing teams for their contributions in bringing our booth to life. ✨
