    Design and Search Performance

Last month, my team spent 500 hours cold calling! Here’s EVERYTHING we learnt: 1. Start Strong and Win the First 5 Seconds 🕔 → Earn the right to start conversations. → First 5 seconds earn the next 30, and those 30 earn the next 2 minutes. 2. Smile While You Dial ☎️ → Smiling changes the tone of your voice. → Prospects can sense your positivity, even over the phone. 3. Focus on Solving Problems, Not Selling 🧐 → Winning calls focus on the prospect's problems, not your pitch. → When selling, focus on talking less and listening more 4. Track Metrics, Not Just Wins 🎯 → You can only improve what you measure. → Track everything — Connection Ratio, Conversion Rate, Show Rate, and Calls per hour. 5. Quality Beats Quantity 🎁 → Without quality, high call volume won't necessarily translate into success. → Focus on being genuine in every conversation. PS: DMs are always open to anyone scaling their business 🫡

Tons of people asked how TAMSO hit $40k/month. So, here’s the how I did it... — Truth is, success didn’t happen overnight. It’s the 10th business I’ve built.  And there were plenty of learnings along the way Here are the 5 lessons that made it possible: — 🎯 L1 // Action Produces Information → Prioritise speed to learn what is and isn’t working → Good outcome (great, do more) → Bad outcome (great, try something else) 🎯 L2 // Everything is Sales or Delivery → Business comes down to either: → Sales (acquire clients) or Delivery (fulfil promises) → Get these right and growth is inevitable 🎯 L3 // Don’t Sell Anything You Wouldn’t Buy Yourself → Confidence is crucial to building trust → If you wouldn’t pay, don't ask your customers 🎯 L4 // Anything Worth Doing is Worth Doing Right → Prioritise what matters most to your clients → Cutting corners lets low-quality work define you → Focus on delivering your promises 🎯 L5 // No Half-Built Bridges → New initiatives often require multiple steps to execute → Unless there's new info, finish what you start → Never quit halfway through — 📚 Summary: 1. Action Produces Information 2. Everything is Sales or Delivery 3. Don’t Sell Anything You Wouldn’t Buy Yourself 4. Anything Worth Doing is Worth Doing Right 5. No Half-Built Bridges — Mistakes and setbacks only strengthen your business. They teach you how to navigate challenges. Embrace them 🤣 Comment if I should share the past 9 businesses PS: DMs are always open to anyone scaling their business 🫡

I scaled my agency from $0 to $40,000/month in 3 months. I never thought my life would change so fast. Six months ago, I left my last company after working on it for 3 years. It was an achievement but also forced me to give up my passion. I didn't know what to do next. After taking a few weeks off, I revisited my passion for design and sales: Starting TAMSO, a design studio built for performance. The goal was to help our clients generate (a lot) more leads using our past experience in design and search performance. During our first month, we focused on: → Creating processes ONLY around Sales OR Delivery → Cold calls to minimum 100+ prospects/day → Surrounding ourselves with great people who’ve done it before And it worked out, as we’ve been growing continuously: Month 1: $8k/month Month 2: $18k/month Month 3: $40k/month Today, it’s been 3 months and TAMSO has done: → 14+ clients served → 680+ hours of work → And I feel better than ever! I’m so proud of the work we’ve done, and we’re only just getting started. NB: Photo below is my team surprising me on our revenue milestone
