Everyone is at war with something different. Brothers don't let brothers fight alone.
About us
Many men who are at risk of suicide or experience suicidal ideation have never sought professional help. Many suicide prevention programs support people that have reached out for help, which means they are not identifying and assisting the high risk group of men who are too private or self-reliant to seek help. Early intervention is critical to help save these men. #talk2mebro was created to help reduce the number of males who commit suicide. Through early intervention initiatives, the aim is to create societal change by reducing the stigma in males' attitudes towards suicide; empower men to take control of their mental health; and reduce the incidence of suicide.

The holidays aren’t easy for everyone. While December is often filled with joy and celebration, for some it can be the hardest time of the year. Not everyone feels the holiday cheer, and that’s okay. Take a moment to check in on your mates, your family, and yourself. A simple message, call, or conversation can make a world of difference. Let’s look out for one another this season. #Talk2mebro #CheckInOnYourMates #MentalHealthMatters #YouAreNotAlone #SupportOneAnother

Exciting Partnership Announcement! 🏏 We are incredibly proud to announce our partnership with the Newcastle District Cricket Association to bring our mental health programs to cricket clubs across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Port Stephens. This partnership aims to support cricketers, coaches, and club communities by providing tools and resources to prioritize mental health, foster open conversations, and break the stigma surrounding suicide and mental well-being. Through this initiative, we’ll be delivering tailored workshops and programs focused on empowering players and their communities with practical strategies for self-care, supporting others, and creating a culture of connection and understanding both on and off the field. Together, we’re working towards the shared goal of supporting mental health and reducing suicide to zero in our communities. 💚 We can’t wait to get started and make a meaningful impact through this collaboration.
