    Friday is always a great time to reflect on the past week! After meeting some of the best and brightest, it's inspiring to hear stories that resonate deeply with our work in the hiring space. People's approaches to hiring: 📌 Moving from unstructured to structured processes 📌 Striving for objectivity and non-bias 📌 Focusing on internal training and up-skilling for better interview process & performance It's reassuring to know that on the other end of the hiring process, there are genuine humans who truly care about fostering a good connection between candidates and the businesses they hire for. Either I’m finding the best people to speak with, or everyone is just as eager as we are to make a significant impact on improving hiring processes.
