Thank you to the amazing retail leaders who came on a learning journey with us in 2024! We wish everyone working in retail happy holidays and look forward to a wonderful 2025 with our next group of retailers. We're taking a break to spend time with our families and maybe do a spot of shopping here and there so we'll see you in store soon! Claire Janelle and Aba xxx

Love to see it! Spotted the new team at Mork Chadstone doing some team tastings. Product knowledge can be the make or break of a sale so giving teams the knowledge they need to do their jobs well and create great customer experiences is always important. What better way to build product knowledge amongst your team than letting them experience (in this case, eat!) the product themselves! Yum! 😋 Mork creating both great customer AND team experiences 😍

I had a Christmas job while I was at uni circa 1990 working in the perfurmery department in Jenners in Edinburgh. I was selling Cassini Parfums and wore a fushia silk blazer with pearl buttons and huge shoulder pads. My flatmates thought it was hilarious. I loved every second. My daughter asked me how come I can wrap things so well - it's because of that job! We kick off our annual tradition of 'Things we love at Christmas' with Chanel showing us how it should be done.
