We’ve never had to reschedule jobs and make a run for it due to being chased by the hairy patrons on the port. This one is from Ocean Breakwater in Burnie, Tasmania at TasPorts this morning. Looking forward to the days of autonomous drones which are on our development roadmap. #KeepROVing #AngrySeals 🦭 #Robotics

“Ray got in the way” 🤿 💦 🤖 This was a rather “Smooth” asset inspection down at Mornington Peninsula Shire where we encountered a Dasyatis Brevicaudata. A shout out to our friends Fulton Hogan for this engagement. #TheThingsWeSee #SmoothRay #KeepROVing

Very excited to partner with you Modelve. Listen to Andy Boulton and Ashay Prabhu discussing the union. #AssetManagement #KeepROVing
ROVing Intelligence and Modelve have come together to collaborate and innovate with Ports the entire underwater asset management landscape by using advanced submersible ROV technology and innovative modelling software to create very accurate master condition datasets and scenario-based storyboards that can be used for long-term asset planning. The greatest value of the ROVing Intelligence Solution is the ability to deploy a highly sophisticated underwater asset collection capability to deliver improved efficiencies around data quality and “work rate”. The Modelve software platform integrates the ROVing Intelligence master datasets and offers Ports and Marine operators time savings through the automatic and rapid generation of Asset Management Plans based upon industry templates (e.g. IPWEA, NAMS+) and fully integrated with O365. in addition a Nexus focal point reflects the interconnecting nature of Ports infrastructure, such that asset treatment decisions can be made across multiple asset types and not in isolation, to deliver time efficiencies with capital works prioritisation and planning. If you would like to join our session - Marine and Underwater Strategic Asset Management (SAM) in Hobart Date: Thursday 31st October Time: 3pm – 4:30pm Venue: The Henry Jones Art Hotel, 25 Hunter St, Hobart TAS 7000 (includes light refreshments) The session will also include a live deployment and dive of the ROV submersible technology. Join the CTO of ROVing Intelligence, and Co Founder, Ashay Prabhu from Modelve, to learn about the application of ROV technologies for underwater and under soffit assessment capabilities through to the development of Strategic Asset Management Plans for marine and coastal infrastructure. Topics will include: • Methods to assess material condition and testing techniques • Using the data for short term defect remediation • Marine infrastructure Strategic Asset Management – 10-year financial scenarios/valuations Please RSVP to: mandy.mulholland@modelve.com

There must be something in the water….. 😱 ROVing Intelligence recently pinpointed the location and count of outflow connections into the river streams, and inspected the connected trash rack pit and floodgates. Equipped with an advanced sensor array (integrated to deliver high-quality visual and sonar imagery), and the capability to collect geospatial data for the assets in a spatially constrained environment, the recorded video and sonar imagery revealed many significant defects, foreign objects, and blockages. The asset components were geospatially tagged, and all findings were recorded for proper maintenance prioritization and repair activities. This project eliminated the need to drain the outflow infrastructure, offering a cost-effective and swift data collection method.

So great to host Jordan Powell, Trevor Nelson and Murray Rance at ROVing HQ and have some problem solving discussions Discussing #TankInspections in commercial properties, #BoatHullInspections, #RoboticCleaning and #AutonomousDrones #Bathymetrics in irrigation channels. 🤓 #KeepROVing
Last week I had the privilege of being hosted at ROVing Intelligence HQ and learning about Matt Curtain's journey into creating one of Australia's leading underwater asset data specialists. Honestly, one of the coolest experiences! HQ resembled Q's Lab from James Bond with all sorts of high-tech devices & instruments. Very proud that Loop Logics is Roving Intelligence software partner to power their impressive operations. Thanks to Hish Fernando, Murray Rance & Trevor Nelson for the company during our visit.
