We all have a role to play in making this happen.     At QRO, we have a zero-tolerance approach to this behaviour across our workplaces. We strive to fostering a society where everyone can live free from the threat of sexual violence, assault and harassment.    If you’ve been impacted by sexual violence, know that it’s never your fault, and support is available. Sexual Violence Awareness Month each October is an opportunity to reinforce that sexual violence is not acceptable and will not be tolerated in Queensland, because all Queenslanders deserve to live free of the fear, threat or experience of sexual violence. Any sexual act performed without consent is sexual violence. Consent is a normal and necessary part of positive and healthy sexual experiences.
