Wellbeing Wednesday | This month our Wellbeing Wednesday activity saw us join others from The Goods | Good Business, Great Life community to create our own Joy Jars - personal lucky dips of moments, memories, ideas, and activities that bring us joy. Keep your joy jar at work or at home and when you find yourself needing a pick me up, reach for your jar! Wellbeing Wednesday is an important part of our wellbeing policy and program at O'Connells OBM, each month we run a different activity to promote and support our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, alongside other key training & development activities throughout the year.
