Excellent work and a significant win that shows the way forward for our sector when we work together. We are proud to now provide our employees with access to six days of paid menstrual and menopause leave per annum, accompanied by flexible working options for those impacted by menstrual and menopausal symptoms. 🙌 These enterprise agreement entitlements, negotiated with the National Tertiary Education Union - NTEU, reflect our commitment to improving #WomensHealth, and reducing taboos surrounding menstruation and menopause. Hudson Institute are leaders in women’s health #Research, and we are now leaders for menstrual and menopause leave in the Independent Medical Research Institute sector. Alongside this, our enterprise agreement provides up to 26 weeks of paid parental leave for a primary carer (including a partner), access to family support leave for antenatal care, fertility treatment, surrogacy and placement-related parental leave, four weeks of paid gender affirmation leave, and access to family and domestic violence leave. Entitlements like these foster a healthier, more inclusive workplace that support our team members throughout their careers at Hudson Institute. ❤️
