Last week, we completed the manufacturing process for Cherub Rubs, an Australian organic skincare company. The batch was carefully formulated and filled in our TGA-approved manufacturing facility. From there, the products were seamlessly transferred to our packaging room via a compact conveyor system, where they were meticulously organised and packed, ready for shipment. #SkincareManufacturing #TGAApproved #ContractManufacturing

Today, we are pleased to present a close-up look at Tank A in our TGA-approved Theracell production room. Made from high-quality 316 stainless steel, this robust tank has a capacity of up to 3000 liters and a heating range of up to 300°C. Its unique thimble pattern heating jacket at the base is designed to efficiently raise and maintain the tank's temperature. Typically, this tank is utilised for a variety of applications, including pharmaceutical products, soaps, headlice solutions, and alcohol based products.
