  • Did You Know You Can Now Have Emoji Battles in Planning Poker? 🎯 Remember when we added emoji confetti explosions to Planning Poker? Well, you all LOVED it! How much? Our users have triggered emoji explosions over 200,000 times during planning sessions! 🎉 But you wanted more... You asked, and we delivered: Now you can throw emojis directly at your teammates! That's right - planning getting a bit slow while debating story points? Liven things up by pelting your product owner with 🍅, showering your scrum master with 🌟, or bombing your devs with 💣! Just click on any teammate around the virtual table and let the emoji mayhem begin! And yes, you can spam them rapid-fire style for maximum chaos 😈 Keep it playful during estimation: - Throw 👍 when you agree with someone's point - Rain down 💖 when someone makes a brilliant observation - Blast someone with 🤔 when their estimate seems... interesting (Don't worry, serious folks - you can disable these shenanigans for those more formal sessions!) But we know you'll love it because, let's face it, who doesn't enjoy a good emoji battle during those lengthy estimation discussions?

  • We've just pushed another small but handy update to Kollabe! 👀 You can now set the sort ↕️ field and order for everyone in your retrospective. Sounds simple, but it's pretty useful: - No more confusion during presentations - Set different sorts for each step in workflows - Options include sorting by creation time, votes, comments, and even random It's especially nice for randomising feedback, then sorting by votes after everyone's had their say. Nothing groundbreaking, but it should make your retros run a bit smoother. If you give it a try, let me know what you think. Always looking for ways to improve! #kollabe #agile #retrospective #sprint

  • Grouping your retrospective feedback just got a whole lot easier! 🪄✨ You know how grouping items can be a real pain, especially when you've got 40, 60, or even 90 pieces of feedback? Well, we've got a solution. Introducing our new "Suggest Groups" feature! Here's what's new: - A "Suggest Groups" button that groups your retro items - Easy accept/reject options for suggested groups - Ability to tweak groups before accepting them This update is all about making your retros smoother, especially for larger teams. No more spending ages trying to organize a sea of feedback - now you can focus on what really matters: discussing and acting on that feedback. We're pretty excited about this one and hope you are too. Curious to hear what you think. If you take it for a spin, drop me a comment. How's it working for your team? What other features would make your retros even better? Always working to make your retros more efficient. One update at a time! #agile #retrospective #scrum

  • Are you using Kollabe for your retrospectives? Well, our grouping and voting just got a serious update! 🛠️ You know how grouped items used to lose their votes, comments and reactions? We know that was a pain, so we fixed it. Now you can group items without losing any feedback. But wait, there's more: - Vote multiple times on an item! 🗳️ - Display group vote count. - When you sort by votes, we look at the whole group's votes. This update's been a long time coming - thanks for being patient with us. We're pretty excited about it and hope you are too. Curious to hear what you think. If you take it for a spin, drop me a comment. What's working? What's not? What's next on your Kollabe wishlist? We are always trying to make your retros smoother. One update at a time! #Kollabe #Retrospective #Agile #Scrum #RetrospectiveTool

  • Kollabe now supports Organisations! 📈 Kollabe started off as a simple planning poker app with no log in, no landing page, and no structure. • Hey everyone! We've got an exciting new update that's going to make your retros more flexible than ever! We've just rolled out customizable column visibility for your retrospectives. Now you can show or hide specific columns and polls, giving you full control over your retro structure. Here's what's new: 1️⃣ - In standard retros, you can adjust column visibility for the entire meeting. 2️⃣ - If you're using our guided workflow feature, you can set different visibilities for each step. 3️⃣ - Polls can now be toggled on or off too! This opens up a world of possibilities for tailoring your retros. Here are some cool ways you might use this: - Focus on one column at a time, revealing them progressively to keep the team focused. - Start or end with a poll. No need to keep the polls visible if you only want to use it for a icebreaker to gauge your retrospectives success. We're excited to see how you'll use this feature to create even more effective and engaging retros. Give it a try and let us know what creative setups you come up with! Happy retrospecting! #Retrospectives #Collaboration #TeamCollaboration #Agile

  • Hey everyone! We've got a small but mighty update that's going to make your retro meetings even smoother. You know how sometimes it's hard to tell if everyone's finished adding their thoughts during a retro? Well, we've got a solution for that! We've just rolled out a new typing indicator feature in our retrospective columns. Now, when someone's typing in a column, you'll see a little indicator that lets you know there's still activity happening. This means you can easily get a sense of whether your team is still adding thoughts or if everyone's wrapped up - without relying solely on timers. No more awkward "Is everyone done?" moments! It's a subtle change, but we think it'll make a big difference in keeping your retros flowing smoothly and making sure everyone's voice is heard. Give it a try in your next retro and let us know what you think. We're always looking for ways to make team collaboration more seamless, and we hope this does the trick! Happy retrospecting! #KollabeUpdate #RetrospectiveTips #RemoteTeamwork
