  • What a great day seeing our leaders in action. This year our RiseUp program went from strength to strength. Well done to our class of 2024

It was so awesome to attend another special day in our annual calendar, where another cohort of our leaders shared their journeys and reflections after 9 months of participation in our RiseUp leadership program. As part of our program, the cohort comes together around live business challenges and opportunities, to hone leadership skills and growth competencies in an intense cycle of learning and development. I always come away from graduation day inspired about what we can achieve when we work together to unlock the limitless potential in all of our people. Congratulations Kinrise Class of 2024, you have raised the bar again! #kinrise

At Kinrise, we believe in the importance of caring for others and deeply protecting and respecting human rights. This year, we made meaningful progress in identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. We take great pride in bringing families together with delicious homegrown food we have made with care, while living our five core values. Harmony Week serves as a reminder of the various cultures, backgrounds, and experiences that make up our Kinrise family.
